HOW DO YOUR CLASS PASSES & MEMBERSHIPS WORK?
Our class passes can be used at both our Sherwood Park or Edmonton locations. All class passes have an expiry date but can be extended at the discretion of the studio owner.

HOW MANY CALORIES CAN I BURN?
It varies from person-to-person but high intensity cardiovascular exercise is a great way to achieve a quality workout. With regular practice you will increase your metabolism which means you will burn even more calories at rest! Most of our classes incorporate strength training which also increases your resting calorie burn.
CAN I USE SPIN TO HELP TRAIN FOR MY TRIATHLON OR OTHER RACE/EVENT?
Absolutely! Spin class will ensure you push those power requirements for endurance events. Group exercise gets you out of the elements when the weather is poor and out of your element as opposed to working out on your own.
I'VE NEVER CYCLED BEFORE, IS THAT OKAY?
Yes, everyone is welcome! Please arrive 15 minutes early and an experienced instructor will help you set up your bike. Although we ride together in rhythm, you can always adjust the tension on your bike to a level that is appropriate for you.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Our bikes have 2 sided pedals that accommodate gym shoes or spd clip in bike shoes. Come prepared to sweat with your workout clothing and a water bottle. We'll provide you with filtered water and a sweat towel.
DOESN'T CYCLING JUST WORK YOUR LEG MUSCLES?
While your legs will get a great strengthening workout, spin is a low-impact workout perfect for improving cardiovascular fitness. Our fusion spin, spin & strength, and spin & yoga classes will also work your core and arm muscles.
