THE SPINUNITY METHOD
Our classes are uniquely designed around the music, combining rhythm with speed, power and weight segments. We offer a variety of class types that range from 45-60 minutes in length. Whether you are new to spin or an advanced rider, our classes are for everyone.

Get your fill of drills, hills and sprints through the rhythm of the music. This class includes two weight segments that work the core and arms.
SPIN and strength
This class combines a universal spin class with a session of strength training targeting your whole body. Be prepared for a workout that is on and off the bike.
For the early birds, we offer a 6am 50 min spin fusion class to start your day off right.
Lunch Time blast
Do your lunch the right way - we offer a 45 min spin fusion class that will give you the energy you need to get through your afternoon.
candlelit spin & yoga
Join us for a 30 minute spin session followed by 30 minutes of yoga all in candle light. The yoga we offer is achievable for all levels, starting with active movements and finishing with a few spin-specific deep stretches.
