When did you fall in love with spin?

I started to dabble in spin at the city recreation centres in 2012, but Spinunity had that vibe that put it over the edge for me. I've been smitten with Spinunity's unique style since 2015.

What are your nicknames?

People call me PG or Paigey, sometimes I'll get Paigey-poo which is cute too.

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM YOUR CLASSES?

Lots of sprints, booty-building climbs, dance party-on-a-bike, good vibes and of course beyonce.

Where can we find you on a Sunday morning?

If I'm not at spin class, I'm in bed catching my zzz's or chillin' with a hot cup of coffee.

Guiltiest Pleasure?

Learning dance routines from music videos for no real reason.

If you could give someone one piece of advice, what would it be?

Make larger life changes by setting small daily goals that can easily become part of your routine.

What inspires you?

People who are fearless and are willing to drop everything to chase their dreams, no mater what it is.
